On the main level, there is a room with a queen bed, a full bathroom, washer/dryer, comfortable living room and fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs, there is a king bedroom loft. Almost the entire wall facing Sargent Beach is windows, so just imagine yourself waking up and watching the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf!Outside, there is a wrap around balcony with comfortable patio furniture, as well as covered areas and seating under the house.Best of all.. just a few steps away, you’ll be enjoying Sargent Beach! Fish the surf, hunt for seashells or play in sand and waves!There are exterior security cameras for safety purposes only. They are not actively monitored during guest stays. They are located on the back porch, overlooking the driveway side porch, west side of the house looking next door, and one pointing at the beach in back of the house.As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection.
