There is also plenty of white, soft sand to just put your feet on.This Gated community affords its visitors the ability to enjoy the sunny beaches on one side of the Island and observe the natural beauty of the Low Country marshes on the other. The island is a registered bird sanctuary with its multiple rookeries. Wonderful wildlife making their homes on Harbor Island include osprey, egrets, and a wide variety of birds.Golf is just a few minutes away from Harbor Island. It features heart of pine floors throughout the entire house. The kitchen was just renovated with top of the line (stainless) appliances , granite countertops, and a wet bar with wine cooler. The large open floor living room has vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows that face the beach. There is an outside hot water shower on the lower level of the home. The Master bedroom is upstairs and has a King size bed, a master bath with a jetted Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a private balcony that faces the ocean. There is a very large master bedroom closet that has a queen bed in it perfect for kids. The other bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and a full bathroom right down the hall. There are two bedrooms downstairs: One bedroom with its own bathroom and a queen bed. The other bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a half bathroom in the main area as well.There are plenty of parking spaces available in front of the house.During peak season, May 20th thru September 15th, the minimum nightly stay is seven days.
