In addition to the community amenities like a brand new outdoor pool, an indoor pool and gym, guests of this villa also receive an hour of free tennis or pickleball a day at the Palmetto Dunes Racquet Club!*The open-concept living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa and Smart TV, as well as access to the oceanfront balcony shared with the guest bedroom.The dining area seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features granite counters and custom cabinetry.The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. This room has a stand alone tub, as well as a tiled walk-in shower.The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and access to balcony shared by the living area. This room also has a stand alone tub and a tiled walk-in shower.*Tennis and pickleball courts fill up fast.
