A double-bed downstairs studio is also available upon request. Kitchen has all amenities and spices to makes meals a breeze. Barbecue on front porch near kitchen allows for easy grilling. Large living room with wall to wall windows showcases the incredible view from this remarkable property. Ample seating in living and dining room, and roomy wrap-around deck provides many opportunities to enjoy the view. Hot tub on the deck seats six at a time. Large driveway accommodates up to three cars. Pretty downstairs studio with combined or separate entrance features double bed, kitchenette, full bathroom with standup shower, and office desk.Only a few minutes away from the Dry Creek Vista trailhead with it’s incredible views and one-mile hike to stunning Devil’s Bridge and the largest natural sandstone arch in the area, a hikers favorite!Entire home, garage and downstairs extra bedroom if you wish to also rent the studio with its double bed and kitchenette.We are always available to you via phone, text, or email and live only minutes away if you need anything.In addition to the beautiful view, you’ll enjoy the incredible peace and quiet of this private home. Nestled atop a hillside, it sits above the hustle and bustle of the city’s traffic and is the perfect place to enjoy a sunrise or a soak in the hot tub.Easy to access, and close to everything you’ll want to see and do! The bus stop is withing walking distance and Enterprise Car Rental is only five minutes away.Please know that in most cases we are unable to accept guests without prior reviews.Need room for more? We can host a group of up to 10 with the downstairs studio for only $100 more per night.Absolutely no pets allowed.
