The driveway can accommodate 6 vehicles.The house is 5 minutes from the waterpark and 10 minutes from the ski area. There are two easily accessible golf courses and catch and release fishing at Painter Pond just 5 minutes away.Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 20 minutes away for you to enjoy great shopping and restaurants.The Shenandoah Valley has many highlights including its famous caverns, wineries and breweries.This residence is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort, however, it is located in the Massanutten community so you are minutes from skiing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor waterpark, swimming, putt putt golf, go karts, ziplining, tennis, fishing and more.There is a community pool for Massanutten residents and as our guests it is available for your use from Memorial Day to Labor Day for $6 per person per day. Pool availability is at the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Most activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked through Massanutten Resort’s website.There is a Ring video doorbell at the front door. There are no other cameras on the property.
