Dr’s Orders is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 7 in beds. It is conveniently located at south beach less than a block from the ocean near the Pier. (It is a 2-3 minute walk) Once you are parked, you can walk to most of the shopping, dining and entertainment on South Beach.This is a second floor corner condo- you might be able to catch a glimpse of the ocean.The Master has a king bed, en suite bath and access to the covered balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has one twin bed and one double bed. These two bedrooms share the hall bath.There is a washer dryer in the unit plus an iron and ironing board.The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless appliances and granite counter tops.There is comfortable seating in the living room and the dining table seats 6 with two more seats available at the breakfast bar.You might catch a glimpse of the ocean from the covered balcony- it has a table and chairs.There are two assigned covered parking spaces in the garage. There is an elevator.We share a junior Olympic sized pool with the property next door. It is the largest pool on Tybee and was just refurbished this year.
