Start your day with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on your private balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico.SWIM, SUN AND PLAY | Just outside the back of our building is the newly remodeled and year-round pool and spa. South Padre Island (SPI) boasts some of the cleanest beaches in the state of Texas and to get on the beach you only need to walk through the gate, it’s that close.EAT POOLSIDE | There are three BBQ /picnic areas right next to the pool, spa, and beach. ** During the winter, the pool’s temperature is around 72 degrees while the hot tub is 102 degrees.STAY SAFE | The Aquarius is a gated building, staffed with a friendly and professional management team who are available to you 24/7. The building offers free parking, a laundry room, a small fitness room and separate women’s and men’s sauna rooms.GET OUT AND ABOUT | Conveniently located in the heart of SPI you’ll be a short walking distance to shopping, entertainment and great bay-side restaurants. There is no lack of things to do on the Island and in nearby areas for both adults and children.
