Two bedroom, two bathroom, first floor condo in quiet neighborhood. Rental property includes full kitchen with new appliances (as of Oct 2023) balcony, and 5 block walk to the beach!!! All bed linens and towels provided. Full kitchen (includes dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc.) with dish washer. Washer and dryer included. Two beach passes included. Six beach chairs provided. Tommy Bahama beachcart provided. 2 assigned parking spots. Electric grill on deck. Television with basic cable package and internet service included for your stay. Quarter mile walk to the playground. Three steps to enter into condo. Picture of entrance is displayed in photo section. All ages welcome. Families and groups of adults (at least age 25) are my desired tenants. Exceptions could be made based off facts and circumstances. We do require adult supervision of children under age 18. One final note – we will be remodeling both of our bathrooms during Summer/Fall 2024. We are also renovating the exterior with new Vinyl and adding a new roof. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make these much needed repairs.Sleeping arrangements – master bedroom has Queen size bed, second bedroom has two twin size beds (one of the beds is a trundle bed which fits under the twin size bed in the picture).Total of (4) occupants allowed.
