The complex has a swimming pool overlooking the mouth of the Savannah River and Atlantic Ocean. The condo unit has a water view, and one can often see shrimp boats and Ocean cargo ships. There are elevators and there are laundry facilities for the renters to use. The unit is newly redecorated and everything is in good working order.The Savannah Beach and Racquet Club is well maintained, and constant attention is paid to it’s upkeep. The beach is very close, being some 30 yards from the complex. One will see Dolphins playing close to theshore on a regular basis. This affordable condo rental will give you a base to visit the low country, and the historic areas such as Savannah, Beaufort, and Charleston. The condo has a collection of movies for your viewing, and it also has a DVD player and free WiFi access in the condo, around the pool, and in the condo offices.All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees).
