Just a 10-minute drive to either Point Pleasant or Seaside HeightsOur home is centrally located–just a short walk away from many restaurants, parks, playgrounds, bay beach, ice cream parlor, coffee shops, and boutique stores.Make our beautiful little cottage your home away from home…it is a 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, washer and dryer, patio, and off street parking for 2 cars…only 7 houses away from the beach and 2 blocks away from the bay!!!!*** Linens, pillows, towels, and beach towels are not provided at this time. In store drop-off/pickup and delivery availableWeekly rentals only (Sat-Sat) are accepted during the Summer months.Beach badges sold separately at the Ocean Beach administration officeWeekly Beach BadgesPeople who rent a cottage are considered temporary members during their stay. They are permitted to use all facilities of the club.The beach opens on Saturday, June 15, 2024. Please observe the following rules during your stay:People who rent a cottage MUST purchase a pack of 8 weekly beach badges for $175, and additional badges for $40 per badge.Beach badges are required for anyone 12 years and older.Weekly beach badges may be purchased at the Ocean Beach & Bay Club Office, located at the Barn at the bay beach, north end, 3305 Heron Lane, Lavallette, NJ during office hours.Daily Wristbands cost $20, and can only be purchased from the Badge Checkers at the beach walkways.Everyone is required to wear a beach badge when using any of the Club’s facilities, especially on the ocean and bay beaches.Adults and children participating in summer activities at the clubhouse must wear a beach badge.Borrowing of Member Annual Badges is prohibited.To order Weekly Beach Badges, please download the Beach Badge Application and submit to the office at info@oceanbeach3.org.The property has a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring spotlight camera by the back door on the patio. Motion alerts will be turned off during your stay.***** No devices are located in private spaces, sleeping areas, or concealed spaces as stated by local laws******Sensibo devices are connected to the A/C/heater mini splits in order to monitor air quality and control indoor temperature when cottage is vacant.
