You will love this beautiful cottage. Situated in a friendly neighbourhood where children are welcome.They will love to play in the sand or in the beautiful waters of Lake Champlain. The water level is very low and goes down gradually so it’s great for small children as well as adults.Rest assured that every step has been taken to insure your safety and ours during, and after this Pandemic.The cottage is our vacation home that we rent out a few times during the summer to help with our expenses.We do the cleaning ourselves and will make sure that all surfaces are disinfected before and after you leave.Our cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. You can feel safe and there are no worries about keeping your distance with others since you will be alone in the house, on our side yard and the front deck. You also have your private walk down to the water and your private beach area, away from anyone else.We usually supplied bed linens but during this extraordinary period we ask that you bring your own, if possible.We have beautiful Airport Park a few minutes away that offers tennis, pickleball and basketball courts as well as a bicycle rental tent if you want to take advantage of the beautiful bike paths all around us.We have 3 sunny bedrooms plus a sun porchSun deck facing the lake with patio furniture, gas grill and a cute fire pit.Short bicycle ride to downtown Burlington along bike pathOffers 2 queen beds and twin bunk beds.Perfect for relaxing, swimming or sun bathing on our beautiful sandy beachGreat shopping downtown Burlington or at Essex outletsA short drive to StoweOn weekends you can rent kayaks or paddleboards at Bayside park or bicycles at Airport Park.PERFECT FOR UVM and CHAMPLAIN COLLEGE parents visits or graduations.
