Welcome to our freshly renovated cottage on Hermit Lake. This property has everything for a nice romantic getaway, family adventures, or just a place to stay to be in area. It offers 3 fire pits, a canoe, a Kayak, 2 paddleboards, lifejackets, its own dock, a private bridge, 3 TVs and a large deck overlooking the yard-lake. You can enjoy the quiet property or venture out. It’s only 7 mins (4.5 miles) from RT. 93, 17mins from stores, restaurants and the Tilton outlets. Do you like to Ski? The house is 33 mins (21.5 miles) to Gunstock, 41 mins (39 miles) to Loon, 46 mins (47 miles) to Cannon, 41 mins (35 miles) to Waterville and 1 hour (63 miles) to Britton Woods. It’s also only a few mins to the major snowmobile corridor. Conveniently located near to stores, restaurants and the Tilton Outlets; all only 13 mins (9 miles) away. Parking isn’t an issue as the property has plenty of space for multiple vehicles.Although this cozy house has been completely updated inside, please be understanding when it comes to the exterior.
