Beautiful Cottage located on the Shore of Quahog Bay – Spacious deck and includes a private dockWelcome to Orion’s!Enjoy Maine’s peaceful coast at it’s best in this beautiful three bedroom cottage only a few steps away from the gorgeous Atlantic. Feel free to walk into the bay from the edge of the lawn or swim off the deep water dock which is also perfect for docking your boat! As you make your way into the nautical-themed house you will find yourself on the upper level with all three of the bedrooms. The first bedroom being down the hall and to the left which has two twin beds and is perfect for the kiddos. The primary bedroom at the end of the hall has a queen size bed, as well at a new 32″ flat screen tv, a DVD player and stunning oceanside views. The third bedroom is next to the primary which has a queen size bed and a twin size bunk bed. The upper level also has a full size bathroom complete with a tub, shower, washer and dryer.As you make your way down the stairs you will notice the open living/dining area. Cook your favorite lobster dishes in the nicely equipped kitchen that opens up to the dining room with awesome ocean views. An airy open living room with high ceilings and large windows allow you to watch the lobster boats go by from inside the house. The living room also offers great amenities such as a 40″ flat screen TV, a DVD player, an indoor/outdoor stereo system and a gas fireplace for the cool nights. Outside on the deck you will find plenty of seating for everyone and a great outdoor dining space with a gas grill. Play yard games or have a fire in the fire pit on the flat spacious yard near the ocean! Deciding to take a swim? Orion’s offers an outdoor shower for you to wash off the salty sea water.* Please note this property rents Saturday-Saturday in summer. The calendar will show available check-in check-out days and the week in-between will be grayed out.Fireplace is available for renter(s) use.
