This 1 acre lot has a large patio, 3 fire pits with chairs, a private dock for your boat to tie off. We also have a game space complete with a ping pong table. Jones Brothers Park is a short kayak away! We have a neighborhood boat launch you are welcome to use or you may use the public boat ramp at Jones Brothers Park which is located across the lake from us.Our home is completely furnished including a kitchen equipped with plenty of cooking gadgets – just bring your favorite food and drink! After a great day on the lake, enjoy a peaceful and relaxing view from the patio and watch the sun set over the ridge. You may want to play board games, watch a football game or movie on our outdoor TV, BBQ, eat s’mores around one of our fire pits or play one of our outdoor games like corn hole, horse shoes or tether ball! We are 10 minutes to great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping and 30 min to downtown Austin.Three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths: we have two bedrooms downstairs – each having a queen bed and private bathroom. The spiral staircase leads you up to a loft with three twin beds and a pull-out couch that makes into a full bed and a 1/2 bath. The loft has a TV with gaming system as well.The property has an ice chest, outdoor grill, charcoal grill and kayaks. We have chairs on the dock and two 8′ folding tables in the garage you are welcome to use.There are 2 hammocks, horse shoes, corn hole and a tether ball pole.We are always available to our guests and want to ensure that we meet your expectations so feel free to contact us with any questions or needs for your visit.Lake Travis is not a constant level lake. Please always check lake levels.The property has an 8 guest limit but there is an additional $15 per person per night fee for more than 6 guests. So if you have 7 or 8 guests staying VRBO will automatically add an “Additional Guest Fee”. to the quote for your stay..House Rules:-All guests must be at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.- No bachelor parties, wild parties or large events. Our property is suited for friend and family oriented vacations and reunions.-Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed onthe property unless an arrangement with the owners has been approved.- No shoes worn in the house. There is both a shoe cabinet and also a closet in the entry that can store your shoes.-We are on septic, so nothing but necessary toilet paper down the the toilet.- Parents/guardians must watch and be responsible for children at all times as there is a lake and dock stairs which is a safety hazard.-Please be respectful of neighbors on the lake and comply with the city noise ordinance after 10:00.- No parking on the grass.- A parking map and additional guidelines will be provided prior to your visit.**DISCLAIMER- Summer 2022: lake levels very lowand the property is dry.
