I built this house in 2005 for myself. The garage apartment is my favorite space in the building. Spacious living,high ceilings, natural light, custom kitchen and big bathroom are all features which make this such a great space.PLEASE NOTE: there are chickens living on the property.Although there is no Cockerel they still make some noise pretty early in the morning so if you’re sound sensitive this is not for you.Also there is construction going on at a lot next door…only during the day but also just want to be upfront on that.If you’re going to be out and about doing stuff all day then not a problem.If you’re going to be in bad hungover until noon then it may be a problem!!
