There is a dining room that seats six and a large kitchen with new appliances and a breakfast bar. The outdoor space includes a private fenced yard with a covered pergola, firepit, and Adirondack chairs. The cottage is a single-story building for easy access. It is equipped with a HALO-LED™ air purification system. This system treats every cubic inch of air conditioned space, reducing airborne and surface microbials, bacteria, viruses, mold, odors, VOCs, allergens, dust, and particulate matter.The home includes Wireless internet. Please note the outdoor cameras at the entrances. This is a non-smoking or vaping home.
