Pool heating is additional (re fees: $250 pool heating credit is returned if pool heater is not used).Perfect vacation home for families / couples / friends (no more than 4 unrelated parties, no share houses, per East Hampton code): Comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, + some bedrooms have additional twin beds (great for kids) = a max of 8 adults + 4 children. Large windows, modern/Art Deco furnishings, great kitchen with coffee bar, and new stove and dishwasher added 2023. Double living room with new 55″ TV, Sonos Playbase, Sonos AMP. Great quality towels and Italian sheets (by Frette) provided. Large 20 x 40 heated pool (heating is extra), outdoor shower, beautiful landscaping (5 magnolia trees by pool), outdoor Weber grill (2019), very large deck with teak furniture: large table seats 8, small table seats 4, and there are 12 lounge chairs with cushions).Bedrooms: There are 4 large bedrooms: 2 Master Suites and 2 Guest Bedrooms. ON THE MAIN LEVEL there is a Master Suite and 2 Guest bedrooms: The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Guest Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and an additional twin/day bed, desk and 2 medium size closets. Guest Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, twin day bed and 2 medium size closets. Guest bedroom #2 and #3 share the second bathroom on the main level. ON THE LOWER LEVEL: there is a new Master Suite with a sitting room (sitting room can be converted to 2 twin beds, see photos), private patio and private bathroom. There is also another 1/2 bath on the Lower Level.Access to private bay beach is just a few minutes walk. Peaceful neighborhood with no through-traffic is perfect for kids, biking, walking, relaxing.There are 4 bikes and helmets available. Approx. 12 min drive to East Hampton town center, Sag Harbor town center and ocean beaches. This home is in the Northwest Woods of East Hampton near a private bay beach (this is not Springs, Springs is on the other side of 3 Mile Harbor).Keywords: House
