Second Master bedroom upstairs with full bathroom, walk-in closets, and ceiling fans in each room. Additional Loft Bedroom with 2 twin beds on second floor ideal for children. Kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and serving with a bar and 4 barstools. Dining area / Great Room, has fireplace and TV, as well as access to outside patio area and gas grill. Sits on an acre and a half and is very private. Suited for 4 adults/2 children.All furnishings and decor are in ‘Tommy Bahama’ theme, from the large palm tree in front of the house to the smallest detail inside.
