In unit washer and dryer, new refrigerator and dishwasher and NEWER central air & heating system throughout. Brand new private outdoor shower. Off-street parking and garage space for 3 cars total.Living area: Spacious, open, and bright just updated full kitchen and living area with freshly polished hardwood floors throughout. Brand new toaster, coffee maker, and KEURIG machine. We also have a high chair available. BRAND NEW comfortable queen sleeper sofa with matching loveseat and large comfortable chair, dining table, and giant TV. Bright shared bathroom in main hallway with tub/shower combo.Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with brand new comfortable queen bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and trundle plus a twin bed, both with large closets. Primary suite with brand new king bed, 2 large closets, and private master bathroom with spacious shower. Hardwood floors and ceiling fans in bedrooms except room with bunk beds . WiFi and cable service also available.Saturday to Saturday weekly rental or weekend rental outside of prime season available .
