Wood burning fireplace. Gas cooking and hot water baseboard heat, Heater room has ski/board boot and glove dryer, Never have another wet boot again! Within 100-200 yards of the Catamount XC trail, 1 mile from entrance to SB North and 2 miles from SB South, house is on German Flats road.
