Open the doors to let in the mountain breeze in the summer, or exit to the balcony and take in the fresh mountain air. There is a powder room on this main level as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a full jetted tub and shower, and his & hers sinks.The two guest rooms are located downstairs. These rooms share a full bathroom off the hall. The first guest room has a king size bed, and the second guest room sleeps 3 with a twin over queen bed. This paved path extends for miles and connects Frisco, Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail! The path is used in both summer and winter. Take a walk next to the lake, or rent a bike and explore for the day. There are multiple bike shops within a mile of the town home to rent from.Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning. This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets.
