This home is completely renovated and remodeled, with a stunning showpiece heated pool with 4″ deep sunshelf at one end. The pool is surrounded by artificial turf and the completely private backyard also has a 3-hole putting green. The lanai, tiki bar, pool and putting green are unscreened so you are truly outside and get to enjoy the entire backyard.Gather around one of two 8-person tables in either the dining room or the lanai, for a wonderful meal that you prepare on the Weber gas grill, or in the fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The comfortable furniture is all new, and the home has toys, games and books for all age ranges, as well as a DVD player with movies, and a Wii system with games.Relax in the outdoor lanai area with tiki bar, next to the pool. Once you step out the sliding doors to the backyard you will not want to go back inside, or leave the property at all for that matter since you will be in your own personal paradise.If you do manage to tear yourself away, you are a 10-15 minute walk to all that downtown has to offer, which includes numerous outstanding restaurants, bars and shops!The sandy beach is a 5-minute drive away, should you need to feel the Florida sand between your toes.Be sure to contact us with any questions at all!
