Basement with front load washer and dryer.Parking is on the street but since most neighbors have driveways you should be able to park I right in front of house.Guest accessGreat walkable neighborhood. Across the street from Richardson Complex. Short walk or bike to some great restaurants and bars on Elmwood. Hoyt lake and Delaware Park one mile away.Short drive or Uber to downtown and Canalside. Less than three miles to medical corridor. Under 30 minutes to Niagara Falls.Other things to noteThis is the lower unit in a two unit building. The PREVIOUS tenant upstairs had young children and dogs. They were a little much above a VRBO and this was mentioned in some reviews. As of June 1, they have left and there are no further issues with noise at this rental!
