Enjoy your meal inside or outside on the private balcony. Livingroom offers a gas light fireplace and large tv with Roku for your streaming pleasure. With an open floorplan and second queen bed in the sleeper-sofa this unit can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.Guest Access:PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo and body wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit.
