A beautiful hand-painted mural by a local AZ artist brings the desert into the back yard.Pool can be heated for an additional $40 a day in winter months (Oct-Apr). Pool inflatables on site. We require a signed agreement and copy of ID for booking guest.Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events are permitted. NON-SMOKERS ONLY. NO smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the premises. We reserve the right to require a refundable security deposit. No pets are allowed inside or outside the home. The home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.TV’s are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.We are willing to consider on a case by case basis, stays longer than 28 days at a time.We hope your stay in our home is a blessing to you!
