The Kitchen is stocked with all your basic needs. The convenience of a half bath and laundry closet located on the living level improves function and flow.All bedrooms are upstairs for additional privacy. The master bedroom Is spacious enough for a crib/pack-n-play, features a T.V and attached bathroom, desk, dresser and walk in closet. The guest bedroom is comfortable and cozy, featuring two full sized beds, T.V., attached bathroom with a bath tub/shower combo and roomy closet. Both bedrooms have black out shades for extra comfort if you want to sleep in or take a mid day nap!!By far one of the best features is the enclosed private patio. Open the gate for a view of the Bay, sip your morning coffee in peace. From family barbecues (Charcoal grill provided) to lunch, dinner or early morning breakfasts, this will serve all purposes. Leave all your wet suits, sandy flip flops (on the hooks attached to the inside fence), all your beach toys, coolers, etc. safely inside the gated patio (with padlock for your security) while you lunch, nap or take a break with your family. Inside the storage unit on the patio you will find some beach chairs and miscellaneous pool and/or beach toys for the kids for your use while staying.Showers for the beach are located on the ‘dunes cross-over walk’, an additional front porch shower awaits you as well along with a hose at the front and back door for spraying off those wet sandy feet.The private BEACH is accessible from the front of the unit as well thru the patio gate and is a short walk from the unit. The pool is heated and is for use by residents/guests of this complex!!! Restaurants, public beach, fishing bridge, beach chairs and bike rentals are all within walking distance. Publix grocery, Wal-Mart and other shopping areas are close on the mainland. Uncrowded, unspoiled, and unlike anywhere else. Navarre Beach is one of those places that you can’t help but love. It’s uncrowded shores, soft sands and emerald waves have a soothing effect on your soul, make yourself at home and enjoy the sand, sun and surf. Our unit is only steps from the ocean, no crossing any busy roads or streets, simply walk out your front door turn right, it’s about 150 steps and the paradise awaits you, follow the sidewalk to the beach.
