Tidewater Beach Resort #2906 is a beautiful 29th floor unit with one bedroom, 2 full baths, and twin bunks in the hallway making it perfect for couples or those with smaller children. The living room area sofa also has a queen sleeper for older kids or adults. This unit is directly on the beach, has all the amenities, a perfect location, and close to many restaurants, night spots and attractions. Everything on your wish list! Our condo has had many new updates in January 2019. New carpeting in bedroom and living room area and draperies were installed. As well as furniture, bedding and bathroom updates. The unit has tile, stainless appliances, and granite in the kitchen. We also have a washer/dryer in the unit! The condo was freshly painted in January 2022.*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a $35 plus tax resort fee per rental. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater’s parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.* Beach chairs are NOT included with the rental.** You must be 25 to book this property.*25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates.
