Beautiful and charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow Iocated in the heart of the Historic Old Northend. Walking distance to Colorado College and Downtown shops and restaurants. Plentiful off- street parking is available.Beautifully landscaped with a very private fenced backyard for family gatherings and entertaining. Complete gourmet kitchen with an island and breakfast nook. Two bedrooms with queen size beds can sleep four. The upper level full bath features an oversized marble shower with clear glass enclosure Cozy sunroom off the living room, and an office/den that looks into the backyard. Lower level family room with 45″ flat screen TV . Stacked full-size washer and dryer is in the 2nd full bath which is located on the lower level. Wonderful home and location for family gatherings.
