Upstairs, you’ll find your sleeping quarters. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds – perfect for a kids room. A bathroom upstairs provides easy access for all three bedrooms.Outside, you’ll find yourself perched atop a hill, with a nicely shaded deck overlooking the neighborhood towards the pond. An outdoor shower provides a great place to rinse off after enjoying the beach or pond, and a small yard offers a place to stretch out in the sun. Head down to Breakwater beach around sunset, at low tide, and you’ll see absolutely amazing views. JT’s, Stone L’oven pizza, and several other great restaurants are closeby, and don’t forget a pitstop at Deepwater Dogs along Long Pond Rd on your way to the beach. Or, take a right and keep going for tacos and cervezas at Guapos Tortilla Shack with great outdoor seating options; either way you can’t go wrong.
