The master suite has a private door to the large deck.Another bedroom off the common area has a queen bed and a TV. Down the hall is a 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed – twin over full with its own TV. In the hallway is a full bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower combo. All TVs come with all the popular streaming services – Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN, & Hulu – all at no cost. Also included is high-speed internet – fast enough for any needs. The kitchen is loaded with anything you could want to prepare and enjoy meals – including a grill on the deck. You will also find a Keurig coffee maker with 35 popular blends to wake you up in the morning. There are two parking spots in the garage with at least a couple more out front. Walking distance to the Estes Park 18-Hole Golf Course. Only minutes to downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. 2 garage parking spots and at least 2 more outside. The house is located on a quiet neighborhood street just a few blocks off S St Vrain Ave. Please be aware of the noise ordinance for the Town of Estes Park. From 10pm to 7am it must be quiet outside or complaints will be made and officers will respond. Other vacation rentals in neighborhoods like this one have caused problems and everyone is on high alert. If you are interested in howling at the moon, other properties are better suited for you.
