Wellfleet’s Fourth of July parade down Main St. is charming, fun and highly recommended!This secluded home in Wellfleet’s Cape Cod’s National Seashore area is walking distance from Newcomb Hollow Ocean Beach (no waiting in line for parking in the summer!) or a 5 minute walk on private sandy roads to a deeded shared landing on Gull Pond (across the pond from the public landing).Downstairs master bedroom (queen bed) with sliding glass doors that open to a private deck. Full bath downstairs with shower and tub. Upstairs, has a 1/2 bath and two additional bedrooms (one queen, one double). Outdoors you’ll find an outdoor shower, gas grill, and two more decks off the living room for additional dining options, views of woods, and lots of privacy.Open floor plan (kitchen, dining room, living room) with dramatic high ceilings and skylights. Walls are unfinished red cedar giving a warm glow and atmosphere. All modern appliances, blazing fast wireless cable internet, ceiling fans and individual air-conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms and large A/C unit plus ceiling fan for the main living area. This home has been owned by our family since 1969 and has many personal touches, artwork, and charm.Wellfleet center is about 2 miles away.No smoking or pets allowed.Please note our house rents Fri.-Fri.
