The open plan kitchen and dining area has french doors out to the lanai. The primary bedroom features a king bed and sliders to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a separate shower and tub. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and sliders to the pool area. Bedroom 3 has twin beds.The family bathroom has a single vanity and a shower. All bathrooms have hair dryers. Need an additional office space while you vacation with us? Not a problem! Adjoining the living room area is an office/den with a big desk able to transform into a fully functional home office and a Charles leather chaise lounge offering the ultimate relaxation experience. This lounger features a full range of reclining positions for you to enjoy.This home has cable TV in the living room, den and master bedroom; telephone and hi-speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped which includes a dishwasher and microwave; and the laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.An extra large deck has a free-form shaped pool with optional pool heat available. The covered lanai has a patio table with chairs and chaises as well as a gas BBQ; perfect to enjoy a Sunday family brunch! There are bicycles, beach and pool accessories in the garage for guests to use.This home is ideally situated just 15 minutes drive from the local beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande Island.
