This condo boasts a jetted bathtub in the primary bedroom that will help soothe and relax you after a fun-filled day in the sun. An outdoor dining set on one of the two balconies allows you to enjoy ocean breezes while sipping your morning coffee or dining on fresh local seafood and produce from the local markets. In addition to standard appliances and central air conditioning, Ocean Getaway has three TVs, two DVD players, and free WiFi.THINGS TO KNOWThere are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.This rental is located on floor 2.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
