Description

Brand newly renovated year round lake home on Keuka’s desirable east side. Sits right on the water with very few steps and sprawling patios.The main floor boasts a brand new kitchen with granite countertops and beautiful new appliances. There is a wrap around island with six bars stools that is open to the living room area.Perfect for entertaining. French doors walk out to a deck with perfect views from both directions of the lake. There is a 46″ flat screen TV in living room with a blue ray DVD player. Wireless internet is also available.The upstairs features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. Each bedroom has a full closet and a tall chest of drawers. The master bath enters into the master bedroom and also into the hallway.The basement level features a large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, nest to that is a sitting room with leather couch and flat screen TV. Off of the sitting room is a bathroom with a large standup shower. There are 2 sets of french doors on the basement level that walk out onto 800 sq. ft. of patio with just a few steps to the water.There is plenty of natural beach with a dock and a fire pit.The house has central air conditioning.No smoking allowed. No pets. New addition in 2016 will be an awning over up[per deck!There is a 4% Yates County lodging tax on the rental fee and a $150.00 cleaning fee.There is a $300.00 security deposit required.
