Large, beautiful Jones Creek home located within 7 miles of the Augusta National Golf Course. It is within walking distance to a driving range outfitted with Toptracer range technology; the saem technology used at Top Golf. It is also just minutes to the Augusta canal which is popular for biking and kayaking. This home has 8 beds (1 king, 1 full, 2 foldout full couches, 2 twin, and 2 twin trundle bed) spread across 5 sleeping areas. The home features a large eat-in kitchen with an island big enough to allow multiple chefs to prepare food simultaneously as well as an oversized gas cooktop. The main floor has 9 foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The formal dining room off the kitchen is configured for 6 and can be extended into the foyer with folding tables to easily accommodate up to 18 diners. Besides the 5 private sleeping areas, there is an open loft which could accommodate a full-size air mattress (provided). Master suite features tray ceilings, hardwood floors, XL walk-in closet, double vanity sinks, a separate shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 features a full size bed, while bedroom 3 contains two twin beds. Both have large, double closets and share a bath with double vanity sinks. The bonus/workout room is separate from the other sleeping areas and contains another full size sleeper sofa as well as a trundle bed. The main floor has a livingroom serving as bedroom 5. It has doors for privacy, a full size sleeper sofa, and an armoire to hang and store clothes. The main floor bath contains a shower making it the 3rd full bath. Also on the main floor is a large family room with a cozy fireplace and large smart TV, and it opens to the screened sunroom also equipped with another large smart TV and small refrigerator. Follow the sunroom out the deck equipped with a table and 6 chairs as well as a gas propane grill. The laundry room is also found on the main floor.
