Enjoy the amazing sunsets from the deck of this beautiful house located on Bass Harbor.This charming, antique-filled, two bedroom Cape Cod style house is a comfortable and picturesque home base from which to enjoy your Mt. Desert Island vacation.The large deck is complete with a dining table and gas grill as well as lounge chairs for sitting in the sun and enjoying the water views.The first floor is open and breezy with living and dining room offering unrestricted views of the harbor. The living room couch converts to a bed. The cozy den/tv room has a futon for additional sleeping arrangements. A full kitchen (complete with lobster pot!), washer/dryer and bath with a shower complete the first floor.The second floor features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with twin beds (which can be converted into a king size bed), and a full bath.Launch your kayak right off the back lawn and paddle your way through the lobster boats moored in the harbor. Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are just a short drive away as are wonderful restaurants, shopping and all the charm of the quiet side of the island.Keywords: House
