Description
The Retreat is a brand new 2021 home with a custom pool and spa. On a beautiful point lot in the best location Lake Oconee has to offer! Close to all restaurants by car or boat! Come stay and kick your feet up on the screened porch with a wood burning fire place or on the max dock!! Enjoy the sunrise in mornings and the sunset in evenings!! The Retreat has two bedrooms on the main level each with their own full bath rooms, also one half bath on the main. The upstairs has a loft area, bunk room with a full bed and two twin beds, and two separate bedrooms. Two full bathrooms upstairs. Back porch area has a propane grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of outdoor furniture. Please don’t hesitate to message me with any questions!Additional Details:- The pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $150 per night. If you would like it heated for arrival time – please notify the host at time of booking or at minimum 24 hours prior to arrival.- Guest may enjoy enjoy a max dock for fishing, boating, kayaking and swimming. Absolutely NO DIVING off the property or dock.- Rates are adjusted daily! If it is necessary to change the dates of your stay – please note that your daily rates may increase.
