Relax on the lake at this beautiful, one of a kind 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath DIRECT waterfront home in a private community on peaceful Squantz Pond, adjacent to Candlewood Lake.Enjoy spectacular views across the lake of unspoiled Pootatuck State Forest from the deck or screened in porch.Swim, fish, or just relax on the private dock. Kayak and paddleboard rental nearby.The home is central air-conditioned with a fully equipped kitchen.Our special place is waiting for you!THE SPACEYou will be our guests in our charming home with new kitchen appliances, central air. There is a deck as well as a screened in porch overlooking the lake. The master suite is on the first floor, with a walk in closet and a private bath with whirlpool tub. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a half bath.The second and third bedrooms are upstairs, sharing a single full bathroom.There are two queen beds and a pair of twins.GUEST ACCESSThis is a lake-front property with a dock, space for boat, swimming and fishing. This is one of the few properties on Squantz Pond which does NOT have a street or busy highway running through the property between the house and the lake.You will have access to the outdoor property plus unlocked portions of the house.Please note:This is a NO SMOKING property.Due to New Fairfield zoning restrictions, 6 night minimum stay is required.
