Beautiful custom built lakeside cabin completed in the spring of 2023.Built by the owner John, The Sheehan Lakehouse is located in Mountain Lakes New Hampshire at the base of the white mountains. The cabin was constructed to suit and enhance its beautiful surroundings and features big windows and a back deck overlooking a splendid vista of the lake. The interior is full of precision woodworking, artisanal craftsmanship & custom accents.This property is great for anyone who loves pond recreation and nature. The back yard is landscaped for ease of access and includes a firepit, a fully equipped shed and a private dock leading out into the waterfront. Mountain Lake is an excellent place for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the summer. You are not required to have a fishing license to fish at Mountain Lake! Guests may also access the Mountain Lakes District Beach, swimming pool and playground down the street.Close to multiple ski areas within 30 minutes. Gas fireplace on upper deck, Wireless internet, cable tv, washer & dryer. Parking for 2 vehicles.15 minutes away from all amenities; gas, grocery store, restaurants etc.
