Description
This is the perfect home for a multi-generation family vacation!This large home is situated on a private road, directly on the Nubble and across the street from the ocean. Enjoy the (partial) ocean views and only a 5-minute walk to Long Sands beach. Short Sands beach and the Nubble Lighthouse are both a 10-minute walk. When you are not at the beach you can enjoy your time outside on the 900 sq. ft. warp around deck.The ground floor has a garage to store your beach toys. The living area includes a den room with a TV and a table for playing games. This is a great place for the kids to get away and have a place to play. There is also a bedroom with 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom with a shower.The 2nd floor has an open kitchen with an island, granite countertops, a gas stove, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen opens to a 32 x 16′ living room with access to the deck from either the kitchen or living room. The Master Bedroom is on this floor with a king bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a custom walk-in shower and soaking tub. There is also access to the deck from the master bedroom.The 3rd floor has an open area with 4 twin beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a common bathroom. All rooms have large spacious closets.Other great features include:Classic shingle-style beach house. Fully stocked kitchen paper goods supplied. Bed and bath sheets and towels provided. Hairdryers in each bathroom and make-up mirrors. 10 beach chairs, a large cooler, beach wagon, beach umbrella, and several boogie boards
