It is located on a private cul-de-sac in a gated community situated on the New River. Enjoy your own private pond with dock and gazebo, porches on 2 levels overlooking the water. Inside enjoy an open floor plan with a 2 story family room, open concept dining/kitchen with seating for 16. Wrap around porches provide a relaxing atmosphere to rest and recharge. The lower level provides a bunk room, second bedroom with King bed, bathroom and large family/game room with bunkbeds that opens onto lower level porches overlooking the pond. Master is on the main level with new mountain log King bed, private bath and covered porch access overlooking the pond. Upstairs discover 2 oversized King bedrooms with a twin bed and bathroom. Bring your fishing pole to fish in the pond, neighborhood hiking trails, 5 minutes from tube/kayak rentals. Easy driving distance to West Jefferson, Mt. Jefferson, New River state park, Grayson Highlands, and the Creeper trail.
