Main level also has a full bathroom with a shower.The 2nd floor has a 3 BR’s, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room with a new LG Washer & Dryer.The Master BR also has a King Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV, walk-in closet and Full Bath which includes a shower, jacuzzi tub & double sink.Guest BR has a King Bed, TV & a swivel, reclining chair for just relaxing with a good book.3rd BR upstairs has 2 separate Bunk Beds for the kiddos to enjoy.The outside deck has 6 Adirondack chairs surrounding a natural gas concrete fire pit. Outdoor dining table & chairs plus a natural gas grill. Large grassy area allows you to enjoy sitting on the deck while watching the kids play at the playground or play many of the outdoor games available. A sidewalk surrounds the playground for small children to bring their skateboards or scooters for safe riding.Property also includes 4 adult bikes, 2 beach bags with beach towels, Soccer Goals with ball, Go Sports Ladder Toss, Giant 4-in-A-Row game, ACE Professional Cornhole, Potato Sack Race Bags, Football, Spikeball Pro Kit and Air-Hockey Game. Games can be played in the garage or can be moved to the grassy area off the back deck for everyone’s enjoyment. Also includes board games & cards for adults & children.For your convenience we also have a portable crib with mattress & sheets, highchair, baby gate, potty training seat & each bathroom has a folding step stool for the kids.All of this is just waiting for you to come and enjoy and make many memories with friends and family!
