The cottage is a newly constructed (2020) 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in Cape Arundel Cottage Preserves, a 300-acre gated community 10 minutes away from the coastal town of Kennebunkport, Maine. The cottage is complete with a stunning kitchen, comfortable living room with gas fireplace and spacious dining room. The outdoor patio on the backside is equipped with a Weber grill and fire table. There is a washer/dryer unit located upstairs in the home.You will have access to the community’s pools, fire pits, fitness center and clubhouse with a game room. There is also a 68-acre nature preserve that surrounds the community with trails that are great for walking, running and biking.The property is in a perfect location, close to the towns of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport and a short drive away from Portland, Maine.The unit includes beach chairs, towels and beach toys.
