Sun-filled home within a bike ride to a private beach community with gorgeous marsh views and access to a private dock. Four bedroom, two full bath, 1900 sq foot split level. The main floor consists of kitchen/dining area, with a large, sunny family room with sectional and tv. Upper level has three bedrooms (one queen, two twins and a bunk room) and a full bath. Lower level has one queen bedroom, living room with tv, and bathroom with laundry and shower (perfect for a caretaker or visiting parents). Patio with outdoor furniture set, grill and many other amenities. Canoe, two tandem, and two single kayaks available for use. 1 family stay only.Booking will be confirmed upon signing a lease.
