Close to Cooperstown Beverage Trail and various lakes, kayaking, and hiking sites. The kitchen is completely modernized with stainless steel appliances, gas range,soapstone countertops and leads out to a bluestone patio. Both bathrooms are redone with a clawfoot tub in the upstairs bathroom, located directly off of the master bedroom, and a soakertub downstairs with a glass enclosed shower with rainhead/hand held attachment. The fireplace in the open dining and living space has a propane stove insert.The house is decorated with period antiques and comfortable spaces for relaxing, entertaining and quiet if you want to read or enjoy the countryside.
