This beautiful modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with ocean views is a gem. Located on the border of Palisades and Malibu, it is minutes away from Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu Cross Creek. It is walking distance to the Getta Villa and many beautiful beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is located on a cul de sac, which is great for kids to play out on the street. Close to many hiking and mountainbiking trails and world class surfing beaches. The house is stocked with everything you need for a vacation. Kitchen utencils, spices, etc.., boogie boards, washer and dryer, daily maid service if requested.The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom, bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has a bunkbed. The backyard has a waterfall and fireplace, bbq and dining table, perfect for entertaining.
