The master bedroom has a king bed and seating area by a fireplace and a private patio. The master bath has 2 water closets, a shower, jacuzzi tub and 2 walk-in closets. The guest bedroom has a King bed (this bedroom opens up into the master with double sliding doors), guest bath with shower. The property has 2 court yards, one off the master bedroom and one central court yard that connects the kitchen to the main living room. The main court yard has a gas grill and outdoor dining area. The property has a whole house reverse osmosis water filter. Rental comes with wireless internet. The property is 3 short blocks to La Jolla Shores beach.
