This well stocked and appointed condo is actively maintained and managed.The master and guest bedrooms have comfortable king size beds, solid wood furniture and quality bedding. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom which provides easy access and privacy. The master bedroom is located on the beautifully-manicured golf course with a sliding glass door leading to the patio. The guest bedroom looks onto a private courtyard.The living room features a full wet bar and gas fireplace with a beautiful view through the sliding glass doors of the PGA West Stadium course and the Santa Rosa Mountains. Just outside the living room is a large patio where you can enjoy breakfast or cocktails while taking in the serene view. The patio has high-end furniture consisting of a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges. For a more private setting the courtyard has a patio table and 4 chairs as well as a 2-chair bistro set.The dining room features a large, pub-height table with six comfortable chairs which accommodates lingering after meals. Beside the dining table are bar stools that sit at the granite counter overlooking the kitchen. The kitchen boasts a granite coffee bar and stool.Enjoy the smart TV in the den from one of the reclining sofa seats, or lay in bed and watch TV in either bedroom. Utilities and wireless high-speed internet are included.A Weber stainless steel natural gas barbecue is located in the private courtyard. The two-car detached garage is located off the courtyard with easy access to the condo front door.
