Perfect house for respectful families.Other Things To Note:Check-In: after 6 PM.Depending on the day of the week an earlier check-in time might be available upon request.Check-Out: before 11 AM.Please contact host if you need an earlier check-in time OR a later check-out time.Check-In Process:The day of check-in please keep your host posted of your arrival time. Your host will meet and greet you upon arrival to give you a quick tour of the property.Parking: Guests can park up to 2 cars on the driveway. The driveway is steep so please be careful when pulling up. Please park on the street if your car could be leaking oil. There is a $400 cleaning fee for any oil, food, drinks, or grease stains on the driveway. Street parking is available.Laundry: Washer/Dryer is available to guests staying longer than 4 nights at an additional cost $10 per load.Maximum of 6 guests per reservation.Strictly NO parties/events hosting. If looking to entertain and create outdoor late night noise, please look elsewhere.No day time visitors due to liability reasons. All guests staying overnight must be part of the initial reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
