This beautiful new lakefront home is the perfect vacation spot for your family! There are no stairs to the private beach frontage! The home is also located next to North Beach Park which has a playground, pavilion and bathrooms. This home is brand new with modern amenities and great views of the lake from the house! This is truly an amazing beach house!This home features 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has the most amazing views of Lake Michigan; has a king bed and an attached bathroom. There are two more bedrooms upstairs, both have a queen bed. The main floor has an open kitchen, living room and dining area, all with a great view of Lake Michigan! The main floor also has a wood fireplace. The downstairs has two bedrooms, both have a queen bed. There is a downstairs living room with a gas fireplace and a mini fridge. Multiple decks allow for additional seating to enjoy the views of Lake Michigan and a cookout from the gas grill. Enjoy the beach with the 2 kayak’s or a stand-up paddle board that are available for you to use! There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after your day at the beach! This is not a pet friendly property.Grand Haven is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are a quaint, little beach town recently named the “Happiest Seaside Town in America,” by Coastal Living Magazine. Here, your family will find Grand Haven State Park, which was voted in the Top 10 Best Beaches in the world by Travel+Leisure Magazine. The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. This property is located on the North Shore, where you can find North Beach Park just minutes away. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show has coined the title “World’s Largest.” This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer. Lucky for you, all of this is just minutes away and waiting for you to revel in.
